    thinking landlords giving up on hoarding housing is somehow “bad” for aociety has got to be the most stovepiped, inbred, and bootlicking thought ever written down.

    they don’t build it. they don’t maintain it. they don’t contribute to the value of its geographic location or community context. they don’t even pay for it. they just extract from those that do. stop hoarding housing! stop hoarding housing!

    people who hoard housing should be grateful for every breath they take before we catch them and beat them to death.
