      Honestly, jellyfin is the way to go, though. At least it’s just you hating yourself and not a whole company and ad machine hating you too, like with plex.

        I prefer Kodi>umbrella>torbox. It was real debrid but they got kinda broken after they were sold. Im still riding out my subscription but still

        Plex is fine as long as your not paying monthly. I spent my $75 15 years ago. It’ll take a lot to get me to swap off.

      Either works. Plex is heavy down the enshitification path but is great for remote access sharing. And Jellyfin is harder to get hardware transcoding going well and the clients aren’t as good and it’s very insecure to run for remote access (basically you need to VPN into your home network instead of public remote access).

      Jellyfin. Absolute dumpster fire with any remote. I honestly can’t believe they have made a remote friendly UI.
