    Wow, that is very sad indeed. I feel like you may be right about why those particular damages occurred.

        Yeah that’s our scenario too. There’s just little hints of kid and cat damage here and there but nothing we noticed when first viewing the place.

            All life comes with damage; physical and/or emotional. How it’s dealt with is what makes the difference. Same for houses and landscapes (I’m a geologist so that last one is my bag).

            I’ve rented out my house before and kids did more damage than pets. Far worse is adults that had a “it’s a rental” mentality and no pride in their surroundings

              Completely agree. I feel sorry for the child, probably a girl as a princess was common but I don’t know, who drew those pictures.

              Also I will say the drawings were pretty good. They could probably be an artist these days…
