    It’s a special municipal barbecue. Putin’s throwing it to show the troops how much he appreciates them. Jeeze how could this be questioned.

      Putin has bought all of the troops cigarettes to thank them for much success in special military operation. Troops are all smoking cigarettes in unison to honour dear leaders generosity!
