      Before that was better, in my opinion. The influx of bullshit became really obvious once the election was in swing as “the donald” got popular, and manipulated reddit’s algo to get on the front page over and over. Finally they banned them and the other bigotry themed subs like “frenworld”, but they let that shit flourish for too long.

        That’s fair. I only say 2015 because joined in 2012, and it felt like it took a while to grow out of its awkward Rage Comic years
