Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Oblast plans to create a new "ministry for the protection of facilities", primarily tasked with defending sites against Ukrainian drones.
Not really that much better for russia than “never” at this point.

I’m wondering if the head of that ministry lasts longer than a head of lettuce. What are the odds they fall out a window or get droned
