Your ignorance on the topic shows. There are hundreds of millions of firearms in the hands of civs here in the states. If we had a gun problem, you’d know about it. We have an issue with our society that helps breed these issues and an inanimate object isn’t the root cause of it, but you wouldn’t understand this.
