There is probably 1% of dems who are pro-life. The mass majority is pro-choice. This is like saying people who vote repubs are anti-gun. Dems have had a ton of chances to solidify it into law, which is way harder to remove.

Might want to turn the settings down to high and see what it gets you. Check out some of the usergamesettings.ini tweaks on nexus. I do have one applied to my game and it helped a ton.

Sure thing. 7900xtx paired with a 3900x 32gb ddr4 on nvme drive. Went from 45-50fps with 30fps dips in towns to low 70s high 60s with dips in mid 50s. Outside its 90-100+ fps. This is on high settings @1440p
