On Monday, influential ultraconservative journalist Tucker Carlson apologized for having openly supported U.S. President Donald Trump, a decision he said has left him “tormented.”
Carlson made the remarks during a conversation on his podcast with his brother Buckley Carlson, who also backed Trump and wrote speeches for the Republican leader.
“This will torment us for a long time. It will torment me. I want to apologize for having misled people. It was not intentional,” Carlson said.
The journalist, who for years was one of the star hosts on Fox News and among the media figures who most strongly supported Trump, now maintains a tense relationship with the U.S. president due to the Republican leader’s backing of Israel and the war on Iran.
Was going to make a snarky comment but I saw the video and…damn, he’s good. Absolutely fucking sucks that this klanner is good, but you have to acknowledge his awareness and verbal skills.
Interesting video. But notice that he never outright says why he’s disgusted. Is it for the atrocities being committed against Iran and Lebanon by his country? Doubt this guy would be anywhere near as convincing on that topic, betraying his complete lack of sincerity.

Edit: I just watched the entire fucking episode and this is beyond worse than libshit. No principles, no convictions, while at the same time they wax lyrical about what Trump was, they decry his lack of decorum and class, they have no disagreements on anything, they barely even talk about the war. And when he talks about the he only mentions the possibility of US troops dying. He’s only crying because Trump publicly abused him. I fucking hate chuds, they’re so fucking pathetic. Also, there’s no doubt he’s CIA, he can’t stop talking about them, occasionally in positive ways.
I literally just watched 2 hours of the Tucker Carlson show ft his brother. I’m so fucking pissed. Like, when it gets ‘good’, it’s actually ‘great’ but that’s like 3% of the entire episode and the other 97% is just absolute drivel. He loves doing this thing where he starts a sentence with something resembling true insight, and ends it with the dumbest shit imaginable. If western chauvanist was a guy it would be this motherfucker, like yes he’s pretty good at what he does but he is just the most banal stereotype of a fascist at the end of the day. I simply cannot respect this guy
