    Watch this space, at some point I will invite people to live in the compound for $1570 a year. Actually if I ask for that much I’ll be exploiting people and expect to be dragged by every member of the land trust.

          Cuddle puddles are widespread but optional. Having a bunch of people together with a preserve-and-repair mindset means we reach communal luxury really quickly.

        Yes we have rocket stoves and cob ovens and blankets and sheets and cabins and passive solar showers, it’s easily enough to make anyone living paycheck-to-paycheck feel like a fucking loser.

        *actually I am describing something that exists out in the country but the urban “compound” I build will have these features too
