I am slowly converting over to a vegan diet. I have really enjoyed a handful of vegan cooking channels, notably Thee Burger Dude and Sauce Stache.

i don’t remember the name but there’s some lady who does “will it tofu” with different beans and “will it ‘cheese’?” with various byproducts and those are interesting
