      Don’t knock it til you try it.

      Benefits of a good composting toilet:

      • the flush never fails, in fact there is no water flush
      • never clogs or overflows
      • no pipes to freeze or bust or corrode
      • no backsplash to hit you in the taint
      • doesn’t stink
      • does not add to sewage load or require any treatment -gives you fertilizer after 6 months of decomposing
      • you get to flex on libs who think they’re saving water with a half flush or a “water saver” toilet
      • can be built/installed cheaply on almost any kind of land, as opposed to more expensive municipal plumbing connections or septic leach fields which are not viable on inclined and/or clay-heavy soils (most of this guy’s “dealbreakers” are conditions that my org’s methods could handle pretty easily)
