IDK I imagine having a baseball diamond readily accessible to residents would lend itself toward building a stronger sense of community.
I meant the way too much grass in the outfield. I doubt people are gonna be grand slamming it far enough out that that would be a problem even if they are playing baseball a lot, and it would definitely be better to have something like a little woods to stop balls from flying out into the road all the time.

Little Timmy, age 41, is a serial neighbour annoyer who keeps blasting line drives through my window at 3 am and telling me to “come out and play ball, Greg” I don’t even know a Greg.
NGL, I’d really like to be Little Timmy’s neighbor, even if he breaks my windows and gets my name wrong.
