Yes, if it’s just a test a voice echoes through the hills, “THIS IS A TEST OF THE EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEM. THIS IS ONLY A TEST.” This is a video of a similar siren. Now imagine 4 of these super loud and far away.
Now if it IS real, I don’t know what that sounds like because the wind is too loud to hear it.

In my city, the test goes for 15 seconds while the real thing is like 3 to 5 minutes.
Also, apparently they don’t even sound a test siren if there is rain or clouds in the area.
