Its not a concession. They tried. they came very close to accomplishing their goal. But because of the outcomes of the battles of Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel Airport, and one of the most critical battles of the entire war, Moschun, Russia was defeated and lost their opportunity to quickly topple the government.

And yet, Israel has practically dictated US Foreign Policy in the Middle East, which is a theater of conflict in which everyone is playing, including China.
