      😂
That’s actually possible. There’s no bigger compliment for me than when my bf tells me:
“Your ass is too fat! Your cheeks are too much, they’re in the way! I can’t get it in 😭”
And that’s just like…waow. That’s the goal right there :3

        I have several!

        • bulgarian split squats with a slight forward hip-hinge (this will also vastly improve hip mobility)
        • Hip thrusts (heavier weight and lower reps - about 6-8 - increases muscle mass as long as you are eating enough) - and do a good pause and squeeeeeze at the top
        • Squats, obviously, same rule for reps and weight, but make sure youre using a spotter or safety bars) - better to lift a bit lighter and go lower, I tend to do olympic style, so I don’t usually squat my max because I’m going ass-to-grass
        • Adductors and abductors - thighs are attached to your glutes so this really helps shape the whole area
        • Deadlifts - DO NOT go so heavy your form fails because it can be a dangerous lift, but very beneficial for your whole posterior chain

Honestly primarily, make sure you fuckin EAT ENOUGH!

I’m not listing the weights I lift as I am built for power lifting and do not want anyone injuring themselves - always start light until you can gauge your ability effectively.

so I use a machine, but you can do it with a bench.

Here’s a helpful image to help illustrate what I mean:

now this can be done with a barbell, dumbell, kettlebell, or even no weight, depending where you’re at, ability-wise

But i use one of these:
