Serviceman of the 7th Military Base (military unit 09332) Fomenko Alexey Olegovich, born May 19, 2005, appealed to the President and reported being abused in a perverted manner by fighters of the military police platoon of the 77th Separate Motor Rifle Regiment (military unit 03387).
The 77th Separate Motor Rifle Regiment is part of the 7th Military Base (military unit 09332) of the 49th Combined Arms Army (military unit 35181). Alexey said that while in the medical company, he agreed to cooperate with the military police to identify individuals selling weapons. After some time, the commander of the regiment’s military police platoon, Gadzhiyev Rasul Guseynovich, began putting pressure on Alexey, demanding that he give false testimony against his fellow soldiers. It escalated to beatings.

On February 28, 2026, Alexey Fomenko was forcibly taken from the medical company to the military police quarters, where two of Gadzhiyev’s subordinates—among whom was his nephew Gitinmagomedov Gazimagomed Akhmedovich, born May 4, 2004—committed acts of sexual violence against the detainee.
“As soon as we reached the office, right by the door, they threw me onto the floor as if I were some kind of object. Then they began performing violent acts on me with a bottle in my anus. How am I supposed to live after this?”
Alexey was then taken to Donetsk, where he was held in a basement for about 10 days without food or water. The soldier was freed after the intervention of FSB officers.
Following this, the serviceman filed complaints with all relevant authorities, but there was no response whatsoever. The criminal actions of the regiment’s military police were ignored by law enforcement, while Gitinmagomedov boasts about the violence committed against the soldier to Alexey’s fellow comrades.
Alexey Fomenko stated that he is on the verge of a nervous breakdown due to the situation and the impunity of the criminals in the military police.
