I liked the video because it explains very well what one of my problems apparently is and it seems so difficult to work on it, dammit.
It’s like the times I feel guilty for something and I think of it, know consciously I’m not guilty, but the feeling doesn’t go away, it just get pushed down.
So I have to let the feelings be processed physically, but I’m unable to do things like cry. I’m toast.

I didn’t watch the video so idk if they gave advice but I can give you what I’ve personally found up help.

I ask myself how my body feels physically. And then I take the time to actually listen. Maybe my chest feels tight. Maybe I have that feeling where I want to escape my body. Maybe everything feels buzzy. Maybe my chest feels heavy or my body feels heavy. Sometimes my forearms feel sensitive.

Whatever the first feeling is, I just experience it for a bit. Just exist with it. Then I move on to the next when I feel I’m ready. It takes practice though. But eventually as you keep doing it, your brain starts doing it a bit more automatically. You just occasionally have to tell the analytical thoughts to shut the hell up, we talk only after feels.
