They can still pumping out that oil from the strategic reserve to depressing the price. Would be funny to see those caves become completely useless after this crisis when they start scraping the bottom

So their current stock, they bought at a higher price, and are demanded to drop their prices now to match the price per barrel. Selling their inflated stock at a loss.
