Yeah that’s exactly what happened a lot two years ago, but I actually found it more candid when I did it again recently, and it gave better follow-up questions now

That’s an interesting way to use it. Wouldn’t AI being too agreeable kinda reduce the effectiveness of this?

Good to know, hopefully one day a supervised or specifically trained one can become adequate early substitute for actual therapy.
