The owner of the restaurant i work at never re reads anything. All of our menus have had major obvious errors. Like our beet salad has the same description as our goat cheese dip app for almost a year. We partake in a fundraiser thing for a couple elementary schools where the kids have a pizza making contest and we send out a shitload of dough balls and sauce. There was a little guide for how to make a pizza attached with a typo om the 5th word. She hired a professional to make the latest one and that one is missing several items innthe descriptions of the dish. Almost all of our pastas have an arugula garnish which isnt mentioned and occasionally some weirdos have complained. Just let me proofread it, i’m really good at that.
It’s also incredibly common for people to write as unclearly as possible. We dont live in a very literate society.
