Did the ear part hurt more, compared to the neck?
I also have 2: same place on the neck as you and on my arm ( where the vaccine goes).
Both times i almost fainted ( heh ), but the neck was a little worse.
The neck was worse, especially over the vertebra. The ear barely hurt, not at all on the top cartilage and just a bit inside the ear.
I would have expected the opposite, even if it makes sense that it hurts less.
