I like kids but when little kids are running around I can’t help but think of them more as wild animals than humans. I imagine having a toddler can’t be all that different from having a feral pet monkey
I’m joking, behaviorally they just seem a bit animal, esp when they get zoomies. My mom babysit 3 toddlers the other week and they were stomping around and running under tables and throwing stuff, and it really felt like escapen zoo animals scurrying around

They are people in every sense of the word. The tricky bit is learning how to communicate with them
