We are a “desert prairie” climate, this could be all the rain we get other than random thunderstorms all year. And the last few years we had watering restrictions (main breaks), got rain barrels at that time to collect stuff for emergencies.
City council also introduced mandatory watering restrictions (meant for lawns mainly) to be permanent too.
And here I am, still sweating in an apartment that barely cooled down, still 25°C outside.
