when i talk about marinating it in diluted soy sauce before frying this is the end result. It looks better in person though the lighting in my kitchen is fucked (i feel like a blind old man in this kitchen. All the lights are this soft fucking yellow, i can’t see shit captain)
the point is more the flavor though it just gives it this good savory base which i think will help people who don’t like the texture of tofu or find it bland even with sauces

The problem is the main one is some fucky LED thing that I don’t even know how to change. Like not an LED bulb, i thought it was a bulb but took off the cover and it’s just like a flat thing with an LED and it’s wired into the ceiling
Maybe i can replace it but i give up easily i looked at it and was like idk fuck this
Can probably find a sticker with a model # and then use that to look up the name and a subsequent video tutorial on how to swap it out.

Those little light modules are usually replaceable. There should be a clip where it plugs into the rest of the fixture so you can remove it. I know on my replacement modules, you can select the color temp so that it will match the rest of your lights. You can get them in a box of 10 or so in hardware stores
