The other thing is that AI simply did what anybody motivated with a brain could do. It’s not rocket science after all. But if you do it yourself - there’s no loyal sycophant who never fails to tell you stuff like “You’ve started a localized gold rush!”
I’m sure I could handle the mechanics of selling a house with some legwork, but I will say being able to look convincingly like an actual realtor would be beyond me. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think AI is providing any actual value here, but it is kind of a cool party trick.
