Whoever made the Dirty Frag exploit generated the tux grenade image for the github page. This yt thumbnail looks like that and two other cliparts slapped together, highly unlikely to involve AI.
But you know all that because you wouldn’t comment about someone being lazy without even clicking on the link, right? Right?
