To continue with the spookiness, a pair of guillotine earrings, roughly inspired by ones made in France around 1880, that reference obviously the French revolution. I’ve been making those for a few years, but they don’t seem any less relevant nowadays.
It’s made by hand, with a saw and a brass plate.
I love this! The skull and crown are nice touches!
The original has engraved heads wearing a crown instead, but I wanted something a bit more “symbolic” rather than graphic (and also I can’t engrave accurately to save my life :p)
