Outside of Lemmy, I have a pretty conservative and sometimes even right-wing environment. My peers sometimes see me as a bit liberal, but on here I am probably known as a conservative person.
I like being able to have my opinions challenges and many times changed on Lemmy, or the ability to ask questions. I apologise to everyone as sometimes I ask a question, not because it’s a point I agree with, but because I hears it elsewhere and want to see how people would respond. Thanks for having me around <3 I learn a lot from here, even though I believe I disagree with most people on here.

Even as someone who’s well to the left of family and even farther left of coworkers, I agree. Lemmy is so far left it swings back to the right if you don’t block .ml; lots of opportunity to think about how other persons see things
I enjoy engaging with tankies. Sometimes if you ask them to explain, they generally will give you their thought process. I’ve actually found myself agreeing with them on some things. There’s a lot of propaganda here in the west, regarding the likes of China and such, which turns out that while it’s not a perfect utopia either, it’s not really North Korea as some people think. I especially enjoy talking to Deathbybigsad, he has lived experience there.
