They look like every morning you’ll find them in a slightly different pose to the evening before.
There is one in Ottawa, Canada!! I’ve been to it in person. (Not my photo)
Nothing like a nice evening’s wander along the canal, a detour through Major’s Hill Park, followed by a joint while you gawk at Maman’s egg sack before walking up the big ass hill behind the National Art Gallery (though idk if that particular path is still open).

There was one at Tate Modern, London in 1999.
