    with peace and love i don’t think my amerikkkan ass has any right to suggest what any Iranian should or should not do, did or did not choose for themselves. however, i have to assume that they must have been aware of the risk. there is such a notion as duty that often transcends an individual’s self-interest.

      It makes sense to me that someone could have a number of reasons for taking the risk, but at least one of the martyred family members was a young child, right? Or did she just happen to die at around the same time with all the bombing going on?

      True but still if I was expecting the Great Satan to try and blow me up I’d tell my daughter-in-law and granddaughter to clear out at least and get them into a bunker

        sure, but that’s kind of the point i’m making? that i don’t think it’s actually appropriate to pretend like i can put myself into that decision making process, as i sit here in the bowels of the great satan that murdered him?
