  • I'm imaginging an amazing podcast now

  • Inject HIV into every survivor

In a city that full of r**ists, this is a public health danger

  • Maybe they are refusing service to veterans?

While cool and good, this seems completely irrelevant

  • We of the west are liberating the oppressed Iranian women [from their mortal coils]!

  • We are liberating them by burning away the tyrannical hijabs, and if their head is also burned away then that's just a necessary sacrifice.

  • I think you're underrating how funny their cosmology is. The CCP is harvesting their organs that are superior due to qigong, Heaven is racially segregated so mixed race kids can't get in, etc.

I haven't seen the IRA say anything about breathing in a specific pattern to cure my cancer.

  • When learning physics, it's good to start with problems that have already been solved a million times to develop your understanding and then afterward move on to problems with actually unknown answers. Perhaps this is sort of like that, you're still training the "fuck the Falun Gong" muscles in order to swing at them more effectively in the future. I think that's pretty cool.

  • I agree, but I meant from a Marxist rhetorical frame where social revolution is the only revolution in a capitalist state and otherwise it's counterrevolution or whatever, because contextually the OP is clearly about social revolution.

  • Awesome. No idea how you got that result, but we love to see it.

  • Hopefully at least in Israel's case it's more like a bloody brainstem.

  • Folks, do we got ourselves the preconditions for some sorta revolution yet?

The most important precondition is the organization of the working class, so no. We're still on pre-pre-preconditions.

  • I'd also point out that countries like Australia don't have a constitution at all and they've lasted longer than that.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Australia ?!?! I'm genuinely a little baffled by this. Reading about it, it looks like there are some important elements of the structure of the government that aren't part of the Constitution, most notably the office of Prime Minister not even being mentioned, but that's extremely different from there not being a Constitution at all.

I think that you need to find a better argument to promote a worker based economy. Perhaps the co-op based system in Italy, which has lasted longer, is a more sustainable way to go.

"X country was defeated, therefore a better example of a government is a bunch of cooperatives that exist inside of an imperialist state that is building up toward being taken over by fascists again."

I've got nothing against those co-ops, but this is apples to oranges and just seems like motivated reasoning.

  • Ask around and don't just look online.

  • Because his neck looks more like a trapezius (or rather, the neck isn't really drawn, so we only get the silhouette of the trapezius behind it).

  • Depends a lot on the power and portioning (and other elements), because you can easily overheat food in 2 minutes depending on those factors.

  • I think "trad values" "mpreg" is a pretty solid tell that the more likely explanation is irony even if you can't 100% rule out him being an extraordinarily brainwormed neopagan fascist.

  • I think democratically run socialist media sounds like a vast improvement over our current society where FOX is the biggest "news" network and heinous reactionaries from Breitbart to OANN get to spew some of the worst bile imaginable while their liberal "opposition" plays enlightened centrist between the center-right and fascists. But at least we have more independent outlets like the Washington Times to balance it out.
