odd how we generally dont think much about childrens party balloons but one day maybe within my great grandkids lifetime, said ballooons will go the way of the dodo.
weird how frivolent we are with it, given its actual import.
It will likely be earlier than that. The helium shortage has been one of these slow rolling crises that scientists have been pointing out, but nothing has been done about. We still have party balloons while universities are installing helium recovery systems and finding helium free methods of cooling.
Another W for China, or are they too cooked?
Russia is the third biggest producer, but it is far behind the US in raw output.
So this will affect their production too? I hoped China would dominate the market.
