It’s the context. The place is a small island with a sauna. I come out from there to cool off and look at the sea, the cold evening breeze feels excellent. When I’m there, I don’t need to think about anything other than my next meal (and perhaps, whether I can get out or not, as it is weather-dependent) so the contentedness comes from simplicity.
