It is Pi day!
Ooh, yes. Perhaps I’ll make (circular) cookies again.
Last time I made cookies they turned out amazing!

I’ve got a couple of bastards to bake. One I’m taking over to my friends. The other one is just to eat at home.

Yes! The longer one on the left is a batard and the round one on the right is a boule.

Do you have a recipe? I’ve had a stand mixer for two years but the only “bread” I’ve made with it is pizza dough.
I love me some pizza dough! I made this one last night with my sourdough pizza crust.
For the bread I am using Bake With Jack’s Basic Sourdough Loaf.
