Most uneventful prediction: The situation will end similar to North Korea - South Korea Border. Highly armed but nothing ever happens?
I think that’s a highly unlikely scenario. Russia didn’t spend four years of fighting just to return to the status quo. They’re very clearly winning, and they’ll just go all the way if NATO doesn’t accept their demands.
