When an Ethiopia airlines flight got hijacked and was running out of fuel, the hijackers wouldn’t let the pilot land the plane. In order to try save everyone, the pilot used the PA to tell the passengers about the impending crash and also to “react to the hijackers,” in an attempt to get people to storm the cockpit and unhijack the plane. This should be the kind of communication from politicians, that even if it isn’t directly asking people to fight back, that’s what’s implied.
