        Given the speed it was covered. I’d not be surprised if it was a court employee. (Janitor etc). Who has a ongoing job of covering graffiti. likely due to rules of political independence/lack of bias.

    There are a lot of Brits on here who are constantly shitting on Americans for our slide into authoritarianism, but at least we’re not yet at the stage where it is common policy for people to get arrested for peacefully protesting.
