A spokesperson for the Federal Ministry of Defence of Germany has denied reports that Berlin was planning to order an additional 15 U.S.-made F-35 fighter jets.

    I hope Pistorius actually didnt bougt those F-35. Using them while Trumpnut ist President is an unnecessary and avoidable risk, one would even say a clear and present danger.

    We do manufacture european aircrafts, no? So why not use those?

      Countries like UK, Italy, and Spain have to get F35B, since they operate non catapult carriers. There is no other choice.

        Only if they are insisting on using them for both their land-based and naval aviation forces. If it’s just the former, the A model is a better platform.

      They’re intended exclusively for the US nukes we got. Afaik european aircrafts which could work with them are in development, but won’t be ready soon.
