- No, ADHD is planning your day the night before… - And then forgetting it the next morning. - But even if you do write it down, - The notes are just as useless. - And it’s not just about vibes. - Sounds suspiciously specific.

- Im proud to say that this morning i actually got up and did some of the things i planned to do! - Maybe i can do it again next month also… - Baby steps friend

- Why is there a watermark on a meme? - And is “memetherapy” spelled incorrectly on purpose? - it says @adhd_memetherapy and none of those words are spelled incorrectly.
- So when the creator comes across these memes in the wild, they know they made it rather than the meme just happening to be relatable. /j

- For me, it works as long as there is a written list to check off from the night before. No list - no action. - As long as there is a list, I can use every trick: Really don’t feel like it? Set a timer to do just the first item. Allow to pick the easiest, and just do one for now. - That’s a good tip, thanks
- Never thought about that, I’ll try that tomorrow - Don’t be suprised if I ask you your IBAN if it works

- This shit right here, this is my flavor of ADHD down to the decimal point.
- Plans suck anyways. Am I an NPC to do things at a specific time?
