Dave Chappelle roasts DJ Khalad for his silence on Gaza: “For a Palestinian, this man is awfully quiet right now. And as a Palestinian, how could you be that quiet right now? And why are you so fat? People are starving. He’s the only fat Palestinian on Earth right now."
I guess if this proves nothing else it’s that the baseline/normie opinion that “hey, people are starving in Gaza and Israel is doing bad things” is becoming way more normalized. Because once something becomes stand-up fodder it’s usually already more or less in the public consciousness. Even if Dave’s approach was gross as usual, it oddly makes me feel better. Curious if/when Rogan comes around.
Rogan is a sponge, same with Piers Morgan. There’s clips of him calling it a genocide when one dude is on then flipping when another is.
