Israel is only so aggressive (and horrible) because they have the unwavering (despite outward appearances) support of 'Murica
The US does bear responsibility, but i don’t believe it’s Iran’s (or more importantly the people of Iran) best interest to start with the US as well if they aren’t getting involved.

The USA is already involved. There is no point of return now. I fail to see how china would allow iran to fall to it’s biggest enemy the USA

Well NATO countries view themselves as a collective empire so there are either master/vassal relations or enemies, my point is that China probably doesn’t view the world that way, they likely view the West foreign politics as just stupidly short sighted.
