  • This 100% fits the definition of a hate crime. Someone's appearance does not tell you anything about their genitals, which is why this bathroom nonsense could never play out in reality. Her appearance may be more "masculine," but she is female and identifies as a woman. I have a strong suspicion that the reaction of these degenerates would have been the same or worse had she used the men's restroom. They desired to hurt lgbtq+ people, and no bathroom decision would have changed their actions other than to make it worse.
