I don’t understand a nation who continues to force innocent people to stay in jail after DNA results have absolutely proven they were NOT involved in the crime.
And every motherfucking DA who forces shit like this should be disbarred and tossed in a cell for life.

I did have to open the article to identify if this was Orange County CA, or OC, FL. Turned out to be the racists just up north of me in CA.
But other evidence has long called into question Clair’s conviction. DNA taken from vaginal swabs of the victim did not match Clair. And a child who witnessed the killing told police the attacker was White; Clair is Black.
In the mean time, the actual murderer(s) including the white guy that was witnessed in the act, has been free for 40+ years and has very possibly raped and killed again. Is justice ever actually served in this country?
