Which pencil test is this? The only one I can recall currently involves hair and South Africa.

It’s from a 1970s Bette Midler bit about whether or not women should go braless… Take a #2 pencil, lift the breast gently, place the breast over the pencil. If the pencil falls, put those nipples to the wind and get yourself to the nearest nightclub.
