It reminds me of how in the early 90’s it was really cool to have gotten on tv. Even if you were just in the background of a news story, you would call your family and tell them to watch, and they would! Now I’ll bet anybody can get on TV in under an hour with zero effort. It’s lost its novelty. Just like all these “exclusive events” he doesn’t really want to go to but he thinks it makes him elite. Anyone under like 40 has had to live in a neocapitalist hellscape their entire adult lives and we just couldn’t care less if we tried
