I modified a Bic lighter to be refillable with a thumbtack. It’s not the safest thing to do and I’d definitely fill it inside if you don’t want to accidentally huff enough lighter fluid to get high, but you can make them refillable.

On a side note: if you smoke bongs, those lighters in the thumbnail are the fucking bomb.
