Like imagine going to a pride parade and you see some twink u never met and be Iike, “hey colleague! How’re u? How’s the bottom job position working for you?”
“Colleague”… That’s a funny word…
You seem very easily amused.
More like “easily aroused”
colleague
When we have to reference one of my psych patients in another patients chart, we can’t use names or any other identifiable information, so we refer to them as “a peer.” So for instance “pt observed interacting appropriately with their peers this shift” (a reassuring sign of good mental health) or “pt had a physical altercation with a peer in which they were struck on the head and chest” (bad, obvs).
I have a suspicion OP might be a misplaced peer whom has obtained inappropriate network access.
I obtained inappropriate access to your mom
This post was reported for being offensive. Its hard to know what is offensive to all groups of people. “Colleague” is a pretty innocuous term and “twink” seems to be context dependent. It doesn’t seem obviously derogatory in this context, “you see some dude” feels similar. I won’t take action for now. I’m very open to feedback, being wrong, and learning. Thanks all.
Is that your weird minimizing way of saying you reported it, or did you somehow learn of a reporting?
I’m a mod, so the latter. I want the reporters to know they are heard, but also I tend to be slow to take action.
