    What rules-based order? Gestures vaguely at the Middle East. Also you’re forgetting that all these countries are bankrolled by China so while they’re weakened they still have a strong backer who’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

            Have you seen the crackdown on pro-Palestinian activism in like half the Weet? If that’s youe standard for civilization then your “civilized world” is gonna be two or three countries tops.

            That doesn’t mean the people in those countries cannot be civilised, as people in civilised countries cannot be psycopathic murderers.

                Uh… Look up “crackdowns on pro-Palestine activists” and see what you’ll get. It’s mostly a thing in university campuses, which while definitely not as bad as China is absolutely not free speech.
