      There is nothing concrete to act upon. “Do something” is too vague.

        So you believe it would be better if he didn’t write at all unless he has some concrete action points for you?

            Thinking about an issue is already an implicit action point that you’re forced into by reading about it. Also, it motivates further discussion out of which ideas can emerge. Naming problems is valuable by itself.
